The price of the most expensive car number in 2022 has been revealed

The most expensive car number sold in Uzbekistan in 2022 amounted to 348 million soms.  This was reported by the Republic Commodity Exchange.

It is noted that last year, more than 118,000 license plates worth 304.1 billion soms were sold through transparent online auctions in the electronic trading system of the Republic Commodity Exchange avtorakam.uzex.uz.  The average value of one concluded transaction was 2.6 million soms.  91% of sold license plates were purchased by individuals, 9% by legal entities.  The lowest price of license plates sold in the past period was 494.9 thousand soms, and the value of the most expensive license plate was 348 million soms.

As a result of competitive bidding, 5% of deals were for first-class license plates, 8% for second-class, 8% for third-class, 11% for fourth-class, 22% for fifth-class and 46% for sixth-class car numbers.

In terms of regions, the largest number of license plates were purchased in Tashkent city and Tashkent region 31%, Samarkand and Kashkadarya 8%, Namangan, Andijan and Surkhandarya 7%, and Khorezm 6%.

For information, 80 percent of the proceeds from the sale of license plates in online auctions will be allocated to the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and 20 percent to the Special Fund for the development of the material and technical base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, financial incentives for its employees and other expenses.
