A video of several minors shouting “Aslam sila” on one of the streets of Chilonzor district of Tashkent was circulated on social networks.  The Ministry of Internal Affairs gave an official response to the situation.

It is noted that yesterday, 24 February, at approximately 15:30 p.m., Aslambek Bahromov, born in 2004 from Jizzakh, who runs his blog on social networks, called the members of the fan club near one of the entertainment venues in Chilonzor district and had a meeting with them.

He also said that he will distribute gifts to children.  About 130-140 minors gathered at the meeting and created noise, violating the public order.  The employees of the National Guard and Internal Affairs bodies, serving in this area, took Aslambek Bahromov to the Internal Affairs Department in order to prevent disorder and carry out clarification work.  When IIO officers were escorting Aslambek Bahromov out, several minors followed him from his car to the car.  Then, all those gathered for the meeting dispersed.

In connection with this situation, the Department of Coordination of the Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Chilonzor District has charged Aslambek Bahromov with Article 201 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (violation of the procedure for organizing and conducting meetings, rallies, street marches or demonstrations).  The administrative report was formalized.  The documents were submitted to the district court for consideration in the established order.
