Uzbek boxer Hasanboy Dusmatov suffered an early exit from the "Stranja" tournament in Bulgaria after losing to Christopher Hippocrates of France. This was reported by the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation.
According to the source, the "Stranja" tournament, traditionally held in Sofia, Bulgaria, began on February 23. On February 27, in the 54 kg weight category, Dusmatov faced Hippocrates and lost by a 4:1 decision after five rounds.
For reference, Hasanboy Dusmatov is a two-time Olympic champion and a three-time Asian champion in amateur boxing.
