News spread on social networks that a road patrol car assigned to the service, had blocked a pedestrian lane in the city of Koqan, Fergana region. The Department of Internal Affairs of Fergana region reacted to this situation.

It is noted that on 20 January this year, the Deputy Commander of the Road Patrol Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region, Major, was the deputy commander of a Tracker car on Alisher Navoi street, Kokand city. The Major violated Article 91 of the Rules of Traffic by leaving it on a pedestrian crossing.

In connection with this situation, on the same day, an administrative report was drawn up against the Major in accordance with Article 128, Article 6, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, in the amount of 2 times the amount of the base calculation (600,000 soms ) was fined.
