In the 26th round of the Italian Serie A, Roma secured a dominant 4-0 victory against Monza at home, earning three crucial points in the league standings.
Uzbek forward Eldor Shomurodov played a key role in the win, scoring the second goal for the Romans. In the 32nd minute, he expertly headed the ball into the net following a precise cross from Soul.
Alongside Shomurodov, Alexis Saelemaekers, Gianluca Mancini, and Bryan Cristante also found the back of the net, sealing an emphatic win for the Giallorossi.
In the 70th minute, Shomurodov was substituted, with Leandro Paredes replacing him for the remainder of the match.
With this victory, Roma now has 40 points, solidifying its position in 9th place in the Serie A standings. The league is currently led by Inter Milan, who have amassed 57 points.
