Today, April 11, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev reviewed the activities of the situational center of the Bukhara regional administration. This was reported by the press service of the Uzbek leader.
It was noted that a new model of local public administration is being consistently introduced in the country, aimed at organizing the work of executive authorities in the regions by consolidating them in a single location. This approach helps improve coordination between agencies, accelerate decision-making, and more effectively address issues concerning the population.

The modern situational center, which has become the intellectual core of regional governance, has been established in Bukhara’s new administrative center. At the initial stage, it houses regional and city administrations, the regional prosecutor’s office, the internal affairs department, and other structures.

At the center, data covering all aspects of regional life—from socio-economic development and investment projects to utility services and transport infrastructure, public safety, and the handling of citizens’ appeals—are generated, processed, and systematically analyzed in real time.

The high-ranking guest was shown the center’s capabilities for comprehensive monitoring of the situation across districts, early identification of problem areas, objective assessment of performance in the field, and strict oversight of task implementation, with specific examples provided.
The leaders then inspected the conditions created for the administration’s staff. The new building is equipped with modern workspaces, meeting rooms, and digital infrastructure, providing all necessary facilities for effective and coordinated work of government agencies.
During the visit, copies of rare archival materials were also presented to the President of Kazakhstan. These include valuable documents, drawings, and photographs dating from 1920 to 1950 related to the mausoleums of Khoja Ahmad Yassawi, located in Turkestan, and Robiya Sultonbegim, the daughter of Mirzo Ulugbek, identified in Uzbekistan. As a sign of respect for the fraternal Kazakh people and the shared history of the two countries, copies of these archival materials were presented to the Kazakh side.

It was noted that most of these materials have not yet been introduced into scientific circulation and hold significant historical and academic value. The mausoleums of Ahmad Yassawi and Robiya Sultonbegim, as unique architectural monuments, occupy a special place in the shared historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of Central Asia.
It is worth noting that earlier it was reported that, at the invitation of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in Uzbekistan on a working visit. The high-ranking guest was welcomed by the Uzbek leader at Bukhara International Airport. The leaders later visited the Bahouddin Naqshband mausoleum, and a bilateral meeting was also held in Bukhara.
