Kyrgyzstan recognizes vaccination certificate of Uzbekistan

The governments of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan have mutually recognized vaccination certificates. This is reported by the press service under the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service center.
The governments of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kyrgyzstan Republic have assessed, at the national level, the urgent measures taken to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the economic and social spheres.
In this regard, the parties stressed the importance of strict and comprehensive measures to protect the territory of the states from the entry and spread of COVID-19 infection and agreed to mutually recognize the official certificates confirming vaccination against COVID-19 issued by the competent authorities.
The agreement came into force on 26 March of the current year.
