A person who looted coal was arrested in Fergana

The manager of a warehouse, who allegedly looted coal allocated to seven neighborhoods in the Altiariq district of the Fergana region, was arrested.  This was reported by the Department of Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office.

It is noted that the situation was determined by the Altiariq district department of the Department during the pre-investigation investigation.

According to him, "K.T." The manager of the Sokh coal warehouse of the Fergana regional branch of the LLC and others in the district issued false documents that the coal allocated for seven neighborhoods was allegedly delivered to the residents.  It was reported that they sold a total of 300.5 tons of coal to other people at the market price.

In connection with this situation, a criminal case has been filed under Article 167 (embezzlement or robbery by fraud) and Article 228 (preparation, forgery, sale or use of documents, stamps, seals, blanks) of the Criminal Code.
