Uzbekistan’s Hydrometeorological Service (Uzhydromet) has released a weather forecast for May 3-4, predicting dry and unusually warm conditions across the country.
All regions are expected to experience clear skies without precipitation, and temperatures will continue to rise, reaching 33-35°C during the day. In southern and desert areas, temperatures could soar to 37-39°C, which experts note is more typical of summer rather than early May.
Winds will blow from the east at speeds of 7-12 m/s, but in northern and desert regions, gusts may intensify to 13-18 m/s, occasionally causing dust storms.
In Tashkent, no precipitation is expected. The temperature will be 29-31°C today, while on May 3-4, daytime highs will reach 32-35°C.
