430 tons of AI-80 gasoline illegally sold in Bukhara

A limited liability company (LLC) in the Bukhara region has been found to have illegally sold 430.7 tons of AI-80 gasoline wholesale. This was reported by "Uzenergoinspektsiya".

During an inspection conducted by the regional territorial department, an illegal operation was discovered at an automobile refueling station owned by “N.P.” LLC, located in the “Uba Choli” neighborhood of the Kogon district.

It was revealed that although the gas station itself was not operational, 430.7 tons (worth 3.7 billion sums) of AI-80 gasoline had been sold wholesale via tanker trucks from Bukhara Oil Base LLC, without the fuel ever being loaded into the station's tanks.

As a result of this violation, the LLC involved has been temporarily suspended from participating in stock exchange trading.

It is important to note that there were earlier reports suggesting that the sale of AI-80 gasoline in Uzbekistan may be restricted in 2025.
