A decision has been made that the working hours of women who are employed in budget organizations, and whose children are going to kindergarten, will be reduced without a loss in wages. Alisher Kadirov, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, reacted to this situation.
“It is very beneficial to reduce the working hours of women whose duties prevent them from taking their children from kindergarten on time, but this is only half of the problem... for women who work and have families, it is necessary to formalize coming to work one hour later in the morning and leaving one hour earlier than usual working hours,” said the deputy.
He notes that if this is done, the work efficiency of a female employee will increase significantly, and the atmosphere in the family will change.
“Besides, everyone knows very well that the result is not a result of hard work, but of effective work,” says Kadyrov.
