In January–August of this year, the share of women using the internet in Uzbekistan amounted to 93.1%, according to data from household sample surveys reported by the National Statistics Committee.
During the same period, the indicator among men stood at 95.3%.
Share of women using the internet in Uzbekistan by year:
- 2021 – 72.6%;
- 2022 – 81%;
- 2023 – 87.3%;
- 2024 – 92.4%;
- 2025 (January–August) – 93.1%.
Share of men using the internet by year:
- 2021 – 80.6%;
- 2022 – 86.9%;
- 2023 – 90.9%;
- 2024 – 94.2%;
- 2025 (January–August) – 95.3%.
Earlier, it was reported that, in January–August 2025, 94.2% of Uzbekistan’s population used the internet, and the country was ranked among the nations with the most affordable internet access.
