The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced the updated exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective from July 8.
According to the update, the official exchange rate of the US dollar increased by 70 soums, reaching 12,676.73 soums.
The euro also appreciated by 25.40 soums and is now set at 14,874.87 soums.
The Russian ruble rose by 1.17 soums, amounting to 161.03 soums.
