Jokargy Kenes elects new deputy chairman

On September 10, an extraordinary seventh session of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was held to address an organizational matter, the parliament’s press service reported.
During the session, Rustam Saparbayev was relieved of his duties as deputy chairman of the Jokargy Kenes. At the same time, the candidacy of Rajabboy Nurasizov, a deputy of the Jokargy Kenes from the “Sanat” electoral district no. 47, was proposed for this position.
Rajabboy Nurasizov previously served as deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for relations with public and religious organizations.
