Rain, snow in some places on the first day of the new year

Uzhydromet has published the weather forecast for tomorrow, January 1.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the weather will be partly cloudy with precipitation (rain and snow) in some areas. Fog is possible in certain places. Winds will be eastward at 7-12 m/s, and temperatures will range from 3-8°C at night to 0-5°C during the day.

In the Khorezm region, the weather will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation expected. Fog may occur in some places. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 m/s, with temperatures 0-5°C colder at night and 0-5°C warmer during the day.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation expected. Fog may fall in some places. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 m/s, and temperatures will range from 3°C colder to 2°C warmer at night, and 3-8°C warmer during the day.

In Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions, the weather will be partly cloudy with rain in some places, possibly turning into snow. Fog may occur in some areas. In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be partly cloudy, with rain in some places. Fog may fall in some areas. Winds will blow from the east at 9-14 m/s, with temperatures 0-5°C warmer at night and 5-10°C warmer during the day.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, the weather will be partly cloudy with rain in some places, possibly turning into snow. Fog may fall in certain areas. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 m/s. The temperature will range from 2°C colder to 3°C warmer at night, and 3-8°C warmer during the day.

In the mountainous regions of the republic, the weather will be partly cloudy, with occasional rain and snow. Fog may fall in some places, and there is a risk of snowdrifts in the mountainous areas of Tashkent and Namangan regions. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 m/s. The temperature will range from 2-7°C colder at night and 3°C colder to 2°C warmer during the day.
