Uzhydromet has released the weather forecast for the period from December 29 to January 1.

According to the forecast, variable weather is expected in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region. On December 29, light rain is possible in some areas, while on December 30, precipitation in the form of rain and snow may occur in certain locations. No precipitation is expected on December 31 and January 1. Fog may form in some areas. Winds will shift direction to easterly at speeds of 7–12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero, while daytime temperatures on December 29–30 will be 5–10 degrees above zero, and 3–8 degrees above zero on December 31 and January 1.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will also be variable. Rain is possible in some areas from December 29 to 31, while no precipitation is expected on January 1. Fog may form in some locations. Winds will shift to easterly at 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 13–18 m/s in some areas on December 29. Nighttime temperatures will be 3–8 degrees above zero on December 29, 5–10 degrees above zero on December 30, and will drop to between 2 degrees below zero and 3 degrees above zero on December 31 and January 1. Daytime temperatures will be 13–18 degrees above zero on December 29, decreasing to 5–10 degrees above zero on December 30–31. On January 1, daytime temperatures will be 7–12 degrees above zero. In northern parts of Navoi region, nighttime temperatures will range from 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero, while daytime temperatures on December 29–30 will be 5–10 degrees above zero, and 3–8 degrees above zero on December 31 and January 1.

Variable weather is forecast in Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions. No precipitation is expected on December 29 and January 1, while rain is possible in some areas on December 30–31. Fog may occur in certain locations. Winds will shift to westerly at 7–12 m/s, with gusts of up to 13–18 m/s in some areas on December 29. On December 29, nighttime temperatures will be 3–8 degrees above zero and daytime temperatures 13–18 degrees above zero. On December 30, nighttime temperatures will be 5–10 degrees above zero, with daytime temperatures of 8–13 degrees above zero. On December 31, both daytime and nighttime temperatures will remain at 5–10 degrees above zero. On January 1, nighttime temperatures will be 0–5 degrees above zero, and daytime temperatures 5–10 degrees above zero.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, variable weather is expected. No precipitation is forecast on December 29 and January 1, while rain is possible in some areas on December 30–31. Fog may occur in certain locations. Winds will shift to westerly at 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 13–18 m/s in some areas on December 29. Nighttime temperatures on December 29–30 will be 6–11 degrees above zero, dropping to 0–5 degrees above zero on December 31 and January 1. Daytime temperatures will be 14–19 degrees above zero on December 29, decreasing to 7–12 degrees above zero from December 30 to January 1.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, variable weather is forecast. No precipitation is expected on December 29 and January 1. Light rain is possible in some areas on December 30, and rain may occur in certain locations on December 31. Fog may form in some areas. Winds will shift to westerly at speeds of 5–10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be 0–5 degrees above zero on December 29 and January 1, and 2–7 degrees above zero on December 30–31. Daytime temperatures will be 10–15 degrees above zero on December 29, decreasing to 3–8 degrees above zero from December 30 to January 1.

In the mountainous regions of the country, variable weather is expected, with periodic snowfall. Fog may occur in some areas. Winds will shift to westerly at 7–12 m/s. On December 29, nighttime temperatures will range from 2–7 degrees below zero, while daytime temperatures will be between 2 degrees below zero and 3 degrees above zero. On December 30, nighttime temperatures will be 0–5 degrees below zero and daytime temperatures 0–5 degrees above zero. On December 31, both daytime and nighttime temperatures will range from 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero. On January 1, nighttime and daytime temperatures will be 0–5 degrees below zero.
