How many applicants become students in the new academic year?

According to the results of the exam conducted for the 2024/2025 academic year, 186,871 applicants were recommended for undergraduate study, as reported by the Knowledge and Skills Assessment Agency.

It is noted that 41,153 of them were accepted based on a state grant, while 145,718 were admitted based on payment contracts. Of these, 39,903 students received grants for full-time education, and 84,132 students were admitted on payment contracts.

Additionally, in the part-time education format:

  • Based on a state grant (privileged) - 1,046 people;
  • Based on a payment contract — 48,555 people.

In the evening education format:

  • Based on a state grant (privileged) - 153 people;
  • Based on a payment contract — 8,455 people.

In the distance education format:

  • Based on a state grant (privileged) - 51 people;
  • Based on a payment contract - 4,576 people.

Furthermore, 14,230 of those recommended for admission were admitted within the parameters of preferential admission. Of these, 10,494 were recommended based on a grant, and 3,736 based on a payment contract.

According to the final results, the average passing score for grant-based admission was 121.7 points, while the average passing score for contract-based admission was 94.7 points.

Among those recommended for admission, 120,845 are graduates from this year.
