A Unified Document Circulation System will be Introduced in Ministries and Agencies

Until the 1st of December 2023, fourteen "Digital Service Points" will be established in the state service centers during the first stage, allowing citizens to independently access digital services.  This provision is outlined in the decree titled "On Measures for Effective Organization of State Management in the Field of Digital Technologies within the Framework of Administrative Reforms," which was adopted by the President.

According to the decree, the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal serves as the sole platform for providing digital services, as well as receiving and delivering their outcomes.  The process of utilizing services offered through this unified portal is streamlined based on the "3 steps" principle.

Furthermore, by the 1st December 2023, the initial stage will witness the establishment of fourteen "Digital Service Points" within the state service centers, enabling citizens to autonomously access digital services.

By January 1, 2024, a new software format for service provision will be introduced through the Single Portal.  This entails integrating digital services, electronic payments, and media resources. Starting from 1st of September 2023, the central apparatus of the executive power will transition to the "edo.ijro.uz" system.

Additionally, beginning 1st of May 2024, regional divisions of the executive power and affiliated organizations will be completely transferred to the "edo.ijro.uz" system.
Effective from 1st of August 2023, fifty percent of the funds saved due to the implementation of projects related to the adoption of digital technologies in state entities will be allocated towards the development of digital technologies in the activities of these entities during the subsequent financial year.

Concurrently, measures will be implemented to augment the number of mobile internet users in 2023, aiming to increase their count to 31.5 million individuals.
