Uzhydromet has issued an urgent warning for December 20-22, predicting the arrival of humid and cold air masses in Uzbekistan.
According to the report, from December 20-21, precipitation (rain and snow) is expected in some areas of the republic, with heavier rain and snow likely in the foothills and mountainous regions. Wind speeds may reach 13-18 m/s in some places.
From December 21-22, the air temperature is expected to drop to 7-10°C at night and to 0-3°C during the day. Icy conditions are anticipated on the roads.
