Uzbekistan announces starting lineup for match against Egypt

On 14 November, the Uzbekistan national football team will face Egypt in an international friendly tournament taking place in Al-Ain, UAE. The team’s starting lineup for the match has now been announced.
The game will kick off at 21:00 Tashkent time at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium. The tournament features four teams that have qualified for the 2026 World Cup: Iran, Cape Verde, Uzbekistan, and Egypt.
In the first semi-final held on 13 November, Iran defeated Cape Verde in a penalty shootout to advance to the final. The winner of the Uzbekistan–Egypt match will face Iran in the final, while the losing team will contest third place against Cape Verde.
