Best player and coach of Uzbekistan in 2024 was announced (video)

Today, on December 14, a ceremony recognizing the best performers in Uzbek football for the year was held at the Football Association of Uzbekistan. This was reported by a QALAMPIR.UZ correspondent.

At the ceremony, Temur Kapadze was honored as the Best Football Coach of Uzbekistan in 2024.

Abbosbek Fayzullaev, a member of the Uzbekistan national team and Russian club CSKA Moscow, was awarded the title of Best Player of Uzbekistan in 2024.

For context, Abbosbek Fayzullaev is currently the most valuable football player from Uzbekistan. The 21-year-old star has played 21 matches for the national team, scoring 4 goals and providing 1 assist. According to Transfermarkt, Fayzullaev’s market value is estimated at 6 million euros.

It is worth recalling that earlier this year, Fayzullaev was recognized as the Best Young Player of the Year in Asia during a ceremony held in Seoul, South Korea. He was awarded a special prize for this achievement.
