Coronavirus has been detected in 13 regions of Uzbekistan

Yesterday 22 June, 98 cases of coronavirus were detected in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.

New cases were defined as follows:
• 4 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan,
• 4 in the Andijan region (oblast),
• 7 in the Bukhara region,
• 2 in the Jizzakh region,
• 6 people in the Kashkadarya region,
• 2 in Navoi region,
• 3 in the Namangan region,
• 5 in the Samarkand region,
• 1 in the Surkhandarya region,
• 2 in the Fergana region,
• 5 in the Khorezm region,
• 8 in the Tashkent region,
• 49 cases were identified among the sampled citizens in Tashkent city as having contact with coronavirus patients.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the total number of registered cases of coronavirus in Uzbekistan has reached 239,993.
