Weather forecast for Uzbekistan during the holidays  

Uzhydromet has released the weather forecast for February 22-24, covering various regions of Uzbekistan.  

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, the weather will be partly cloudy with occasional precipitation, where rain is expected to turn into snow. Fog may appear in some areas. The wind will blow from the west at 7-12 m/s, with gusts reaching 13-18 m/s on February 22. Temperatures will range from 0 to 5 degrees Celsius at night and 5 to 10 degrees during the day on February 22. On February 23-24, temperatures will remain between 0 to 5 degrees Celsius both at night and during the day.  

In the Bukhara and Navoi regions, partly cloudy weather is expected, with rain in some areas. Fog may occur in certain locations. The wind will blow from the west at 7-12 m/s, occasionally increasing to 13-18 m/s on February 22-23. Nighttime temperatures will be 5-10 degrees Celsius, with daytime temperatures reaching 13-18 degrees on February 22-23 and 15-20 degrees on February 24. In northern Navoi, temperatures will be slightly lower, with nighttime temperatures on February 22 at 0-5 degrees Celsius and daytime temperatures at 5-10 degrees. On February 23-24, nighttime temperatures will drop to 0-5 degrees below zero, while daytime temperatures will range from 0 to 5 degrees.  

Tashkent, Syrdarya, Samarkand, and Jizzakh regions will experience slightly cloudy weather, with no precipitation expected on February 22. Rainfall is likely in some areas on February 23-24. Fog may occur in some places. The east wind will shift to the west, blowing at 7-12 m/s, with occasional gusts of 13-18 m/s on February 22-23. Temperatures will range from 3-8 degrees Celsius at night on February 22 and 5-10 degrees on February 23-24. Daytime temperatures will reach 17-22 degrees on February 22, 15-20 degrees on February 23, and 12-17 degrees on February 24.  

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be slightly cloudy, with no precipitation expected on February 22, but rain is possible in some areas on February 23-24. Fog may appear in certain locations. The east wind will shift to the west at 7-12 m/s, with occasional gusts of 13-18 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 4-9 degrees Celsius on February 22-23 and 7-12 degrees on February 24. During the day, temperatures will be 17-22 degrees on February 22, 18-23 degrees on February 23, and 12-17 degrees on February 24.  

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, slightly cloudy weather is expected, with no precipitation. Fog may form in some areas. The wind will blow from the east at 5-10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be 0-5 degrees Celsius on February 22 and 2-7 degrees on February 23-24. During the day, temperatures will reach 15-20 degrees.  

In the mountainous regions, partly cloudy weather is expected, with heavy rain and snow in some areas on February 23-24. Fog may occur in some places. The wind will blow from the west at 7-12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13-18 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be 0-5 degrees, while daytime temperatures will range from 7 to 12 degrees.
