Dollar exchange rate rises again in Uzbekistan

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the value of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective August 9.
According to the announcement, the official exchange rate of the dollar increased by 11.97 soums, reaching 12,651.98 soums.
The euro rate also decreased by 29.51 soums, now standing at 13,824.82 soums.
Meanwhile, the Russian ruble fell by 1.05 soums to 145.91 soums.
