The Ministry of Transport reported that a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry's delegation and the Aviation Administration of China in Beijing.
As per the agreement outlined in the memorandum, the flight volume between the two nations will be increased to 100 per week, with 50 operated by each country's airlines. This aims to broaden the flight destinations, allowing Uzbek and Chinese airlines to reach any city in either country (currently limited to 7 cities) and involve an additional 3 airlines in the service.
This agreement is set to take effect after the Aviation Administration of China completes the internal agreement process in April, as per the country's legislation. The finalization will occur following an additional meeting of the aviation governments of both countries.
