Tokhtamurodov joins American MMA League, contract worth over $100,000

Uzbek MMA fighter Humoyun Tokhtamurodov has signed a contract with the American “Global Fight League” (GFL), QALAMPIR.UZ reports.

The 25-year-old Tokhtamurodov’s contract with the league spans one year. During this period, the Uzbek fighter is expected to participate in four tournaments.

As part of the agreement, Tokhtamurodov's cooperation with his current promotion, “Naiza,” will come to an end.

Tokhtamurodov is projected to earn over $100,000 from his fights in the GFL. His first fight in the league is scheduled for March or April, with the name of his opponent to be announced soon.

In his most recent bout, Tokhtamurodov competed at the "Naiza 70" tournament in December, defeating Franklin Fomevou from Cameroon in just 25 seconds, marking his 12th career victory.
