A medical insurance system will be introduced in Tashkent and Navoi

A medical insurance system will be introduced in the Tashkent city and Navoi region.  Minister of Health Amrillo Inoyatov gave information about this.

“As stated in the Address of our President to the Oliy Majlis, starting from 2023, there are possibilities of the introduction of a State Medical Insurance System in the city of Tashkent.  “We are committed to establishing medical insurance in Navoi region as well,” says Inoyatov.

For this:

• a decision on the introduction of the medical insurance system will be developed within one month;

• 30 billion soms will be allocated to provide computer equipment and necessary medical equipment to 72 polyclinics and 40 hospitals in Tashkent.

Mechanisms of the health insurance system will be introduced in the capital from 1 July 2023.

In this case, medical institutions will be completely digitized, each patient will have accurate information about when, where and how they will be treated.
