Today 28 October, the President of the Council of Europe, Charles Michel, in the presence of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, planted a tree in the Alley of Honored Guests of the "Koksaroy" residence.
This noble tradition strengthens the results of high-level negotiations aimed at deepening Uzbekistan-EU relations.
Today, the high-ranking guest is expected to participate in the opening of the new office of the European Union delegation in Uzbekistan, to get acquainted with the historical and architectural monuments of the city of Samarkand. This concludes the visit of the President of the European Council Charles Michel to the country.
