Following a Decree from the President of Uzbekistan, Ulugbek Uchkunovich Kurbanov was appointed to the post of Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration - Head of the Presidential Protocol.
Up to now, he held the position of the head of the President's protocol.
Now this position has been equated to the Deputy Head of Administration.
