Enterprise in Samarkand steals 3 billion soums of gas

An enterprise in the city of Samarkand was found to have illegally used over 3 billion soums worth of natural gas. The incident was reported by Hududgaztaminot JSC.

According to the report, the violation took place at a facility belonging to G. F. E. LLC, located in the Farkhod district of the city. It was discovered that the company had secretly connected to the natural gas supply system and was consuming gas through unauthorized methods, bypassing the official meter.

A formal report was prepared, and the volume of illegally used gas was recalculated. The total damage caused was estimated at 3 billion 84 million soums. All related documents are being forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further action.

Earlier, a similar case was identified in Karshi, Kashkadarya region, where several high-rise residential buildings were found to be using natural gas without proper meters, resulting in damages amounting to 1 billion 86 million soums.
