3 brothers beat up 1 young man in Samarkand (video)

On May 9, 2025, three brothers attacked a 17-year-old teenager in Samarkand. The regional Department of Internal Affairs has reported the incident.

At 8:30 PM on May 9, the victim, a resident of the "Kaftarkhona" neighborhood in Samarkand, was riding his scooter along the highway near the "Charmgari" neighborhood when a quarrel broke out with three brothers, aged 17, 15, and 12, who were not previously known to him. The brothers, residents of the "Gulobod" neighborhood in Samarkand district, were in a Malibu car driven by their father. During the altercation, the brothers assaulted the scooter rider, resulting in bodily harm.

The Investigation Department under the Department for Coordination of Internal Affairs Activities in Samarkand city has launched a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 277 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code, and preliminary investigations are underway.

Earlier, in Gulistan, Syrdarya region, a similar incident occurred where a man used force against a young boy. The Syrdarya region's Internal Affairs Department investigated the case, clarified the identities of the participants, and ensured that documents were prepared in accordance with legal procedures.
