What time do classes start in HEIs near metro stations?

Beginning September 9 of this year, the start time for classes has been set for 27 higher education institutions located near metro stations in Tashkent. This information was reported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.
The timetable for these institutions has been approved to help distribute passenger flow more evenly in the Tashkent metro and to ensure that students can reach their classes on time.
According to the schedule, students of the following 27 higher education institutions (as shown in the picture) will attend classes based on this new timetable:
