The new ambassador of Lithuania to Uzbekistan is appointed

Today, on February 27, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Lithuania Gintautas Vatsiulis. This was reported by the Press Service under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
It is noted that during the conversation both sides expressed their readiness to activate Uzbekistan-Lithuania relations.
In addition, the parties discussed specific proposals for expanding cooperation in various fields and exchanged views on issues of mutual cooperation within the framework of regional and international structures.
