Good news! Medical workers to receive annual cash bonuses

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, today, November 10, during a meeting with medical and pharmaceutical workers, announced new incentives for healthcare professionals.

From now on, on the occasion of Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers Day, all staff of public medical institutions will receive cash bonuses.

Doctors who introduce new treatment methods at the district level will be awarded 21 million soums.

Medical workers with at least 15 years of service in public institutions will receive free vouchers to sanatoriums, a 30 percent discount on one year of their child’s tuition in state universities, and for 500 outstanding performers each year, 25 percent of the initial payment for a mortgage loan will be compensated.

Medical staff with at least three years of experience in public institutions will be entitled to receive highly specialized medical care free of charge once a year if needed.

Expenses for publishing scientific articles in internationally recognized indexed journals will be fully covered.
