A procedure has been established for distributing overseas job vacancies among private employment agencies. This is stated in the regulation “On the procedure for distributing overseas job vacancies among private employment agencies,” which was registered by the Ministry of Justice on February 9.
The regulation defines the process by which the Migration Agency will distribute vacancies obtained from foreign employers and recruiting organizations among private employment agencies through an open selection process.
The agency will publish information about vacancies received from foreign employers and recruiting organizations on an electronic platform.
Private employment agencies will automatically receive notifications in their personal accounts on the electronic platform.
The announcement period for quotas must be no less than five working days.
Private employment agencies may submit applications from the date the quota announcement is published until the specified deadline expires.
Quotas will be distributed equally among private employment agencies whose applications are approved.
