Employees working in dangerous jobs will take a periodical medical check-ups

Employees working in harmful or dangerous jobs are subject to a medical examination.  This was established in the rules of organization of work with employees at the electric power facilities, approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, adopted yesterday, 18 October.

According to these rules, the procedure for working with employees of enterprises that organize and control the operation of equipment, devices, buildings, and structures included in electric power facilities, as well as employees who perform construction-assembly, adjustment, commissioning and repair work at electric power facilities marked.

The knowledge of the employees, including the managers, on the current rules, norms, and guidelines related to industry and fire safety according to their profession and type of work is tested.

Employees working in heavy work related to harmful or dangerous working conditions are subjected to preliminary and periodic medical examinations.

Work with employees is organized and implemented according to annual plans.  The chief engineer of the enterprise is entrusted with the management of the processes of training employees (specialists) and improving their qualifications.
