4 commissions established in the Legislative Chamber

In the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, several important decisions were made regarding the establishment of new commissions. This was announced by the press service of the Legislative Chamber.

On January 21, 2025, the following commissions were officially created:

1. The Commission on Harmonizing Legislation with World Trade Organization Agreements within the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. The Commission on Addressing Climate Change and Promoting the Transition to a "Green" Economy within the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. The Commission on Community Initiatives within the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. The Ethics Commission within the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

These new bodies aim to address a range of critical issues, from international trade to environmental sustainability and ethical governance.
