Today, on February 21, in the "Al-Ittihadiya" palace in Cairo, a solemn welcome ceremony was held for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who had paid an official visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

An honor guard lined up in the square in front of the palace in honor of the high-ranking guest.

The President of Egypt, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, warmly welcomed the head of state and invited him to a special hallway.

The national anthems of the two countries were played by the military orchestra.

Then the heads of state passed in front of the honor guard and greeted the members of the official delegations.
