List of employees whose relatives can work in the same office was approved

The list of employees of state organizations who can be allowed exceptions to the rules on limiting the work of relatives in Uzbekistan has been approved. This was determined in the government decision "On approval of normative legal documents on the implementation of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan," adopted on November 14.
In accordance with Articles 121 and 184 of the Labor Code, the list of employees of state organizations who can be exempted from the rules on the restriction of working together with relatives, as well as employees with a reduced working day in special jobs, was approved.
