A fire broke out in “Ilhom” theater

Today, 12 December, a fire broke out in the building of the "Ilkhom" theater located on Pakhtakor street in the "Orda" neighborhood of the Shaikhontohur district of Tashkent city. This was reported by the Department of Emergency Situations.
It is noted that 4 fire-rescue crews arrived at the scene at 03:39 a.m., the fire was surrounded at 03:58 a.m., and extinguished at 04:00 a.m.
As a result of the fire, the interior and equipment of the hall on the 1st floor of the theater building, in an area of 80 square meters, were damaged by fire. Due to quick actions, 600 square meters of the building area was saved from the fire.
No one was injured or killed as a result of the incident. The cause of the fire and the amount of material damage are currently being determined.
