The president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who is on a state visit to Uzbekistan, arrived in the Khorezm region today, 22 June. He was met by Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
National anthems and dances were performed at Urgench International Airport, decorated with the flags of two countries and flowers.
Within the framework of the visit, it has been planned to hold a tour of Khiva.
