Today, November 29, early in the morning, several traffic accidents occurred in the Buvayda district of the Fergana region due to dense fog, with reports of casualties circulating on social media. The Regional Traffic Safety Department of the Fergana Police has commented on the situation.
According to the authorities, the international A373 Tashkent–Osh highway, passing through Yazyavan, Oltiariq, Uchkurgan, Buvayda, and Dangara districts, experienced dense fog that significantly reduced visibility. As a result, multiple traffic accidents occurred on the morning of November 29.
“The accidents resulted in vehicle damage, and citizens who sustained injuries were provided with first medical aid and sent to the hospital,” the report said.
It is worth noting that earlier, eight vehicles collided due to dense fog in the Syrdarya region.
