Uzhydromet has released the weather forecast for November 16. 

In Tashkent, skies will be partly cloudy, with no expected precipitation. Fog is likely during the night and morning hours, while an easterly wind will blow at 3-8 m/s. Temperatures will range from 0 to 2 degrees at night, reaching 11-13 degrees during the day.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, the weather will be similarly cloudy without rain, with easterly winds at 7-12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures are expected to dip to 0-5 degrees, while daytime will be warmer, between 7-12 degrees.

Bukhara and Navoi regions will also experience partly cloudy skies without precipitation. An easterly wind of 7-12 m/s will persist, with temperatures ranging from -3 to 2 degrees at night and warming to 10-15 degrees during the day.

In Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions, cloudy skies are expected, though precipitation is unlikely. Patchy fog may develop in some areas, accompanied by an easterly wind at 7-12 m/s. Temperatures will vary from 0-5 degrees at night, reaching 10-15 degrees during the day.

The Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions will also be partly cloudy without rain, with east winds at 7-12 m/s. The temperature will range from 2-7 degrees at night and rise to 12-17 degrees in the daytime.

In the Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, cloudy skies will prevail without precipitation, though fog may appear in some areas. An easterly wind will continue at 7-12 m/s, with temperatures between 0-5 degrees at night and 7-12 degrees during the day.

Mountainous areas across the country will experience partly cloudy weather with no rain, and occasional fog in places. An easterly wind at 7-12 m/s is expected, with temperatures dipping to 0-5 degrees at night and rising to 5-10 degrees during the day.
