Hot and dry weather expected across Uzbekistan on June 24

Uzhydromet has released the weather forecast for Monday, June 24.

In Tashkent, the weather will be partly cloudy with no precipitation expected. The wind will blow from the east at 3–8 m/s, with occasional gusts reaching 10–12 m/s. Dust may be observed in some areas. Nighttime temperatures will range from 23 to 25°C, while daytime temperatures are expected to reach 39–41°C.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the weather will be partly cloudy and locally variable. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in some areas during the night and morning, but no precipitation is expected during the day. Winds will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, increasing to 13–18 m/s in some places, accompanied by dust. Nighttime temperatures will be between 18 and 23°C, and daytime temperatures will range from 32 to 37°C.

In the Khorezm region, the weather will also be partly cloudy and locally variable, with no precipitation expected. Easterly winds will blow at 7–12 m/s, increasing to 13–18 m/s in some places, with dust possible. Temperatures at night will be 20–25°C, and during the day 32–37°C.

In the Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will be partly cloudy and dry. Easterly winds will range from 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 13–18 m/s in some areas. Dust may be observed. Night temperatures will range from 23 to 28°C, while daytime highs will be between 37 and 42°C.

In Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions, partly cloudy skies and dry weather are expected. Winds will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, increasing to 13–18 m/s in places, with occasional dust. Night temperatures will be 20–25°C, and daytime temperatures will reach 36–41°C.

In the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be partly cloudy and dry. Winds from the east will blow at 7–12 m/s, increasing locally to 13–18 m/s, with dusty conditions in some areas. Temperatures will range from 23 to 28°C at night, and from 39 to 44°C during the day.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, partly cloudy skies and dry weather are forecasted. Winds from the east will blow at 5–10 m/s. Temperatures will be 20–25°C at night, and 35–40°C during the day.

In the foothills and mountainous regions of the republic, the weather will be partly cloudy and locally variable, with no precipitation expected. Winds from the east will blow at 7–12 m/s, increasing to 13–18 m/s in places. Nighttime temperatures will range from 15 to 20°C, and daytime temperatures from 28 to 33°C.
