State bodies and organizations will now be subject to monitoring for openness and transparency. The Regulation "On the Procedure for Remote Monitoring of Compliance with Obligations Established by Regulatory Legal Documents in the Field of Ensuring Transparency" has been approved.

In accordance with the government resolution adopted on December 30, 2024, the Regulation outlines the following provisions:

- The basis for remote monitoring;
- The procedure and terms of remote monitoring;
- The formalization and consideration of remote monitoring results;
- The application of corrective measures for issues identified during remote monitoring.

Additionally, the Anti-Corruption Agency will conduct remote monitoring of state bodies and organizations to ensure compliance with transparency obligations established by regulatory legal documents.

Remote monitoring will take place on both scheduled and unscheduled bases. The Agency will not notify state bodies and organizations in advance when monitoring is initiated or underway.

Upon completion of remote monitoring, a report will be compiled detailing any identified violations of legislation.

Cases of violations will be forwarded to the relevant state body or organization as a legal impact document issued by the Agency.

"The document of legal effect must be reviewed within 10 days from the date of receipt by the state body or organization, and a written response regarding the outcome must be submitted to the Agency," the message states.
