The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has set the official exchange rates for foreign currencies effective from February 11.  

According to the latest update:  
- The US dollar has increased by 14.93 sums, reaching 12,971.93 sums.  
- The euro has decreased by 68.81 sums, now standing at 13,394.81 sums.  
- The Russian ruble has risen by 0.43 sums, amounting to 133.86 sums.  

These exchange rates reflect the Central Bank's adjustments to foreign currency values against the Uzbek soum.
