The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has set the exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum effective from October 2.
Accordingly, the official rate of the US dollar increased by 16.34 soums to 12,084.10 soums.
The euro rate also rose by 56.61 soums and was set at 14,197.61 soums.
Meanwhile, the Russian ruble strengthened by 1.08 soums to 146.72 soums.
