Dollar's official exchange rate declines

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set new exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective from October 21.
Accordingly, the official dollar rate decreased by 48.09 soums to 12,060.15 soums.
The euro rate also dropped by 104.51 soums to 14,064.55 soums.
Meanwhile, the Russian ruble fell by 0.23 soums to 148.87 soums.
