Dollar's official exchange rate falls sharply

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has set the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum effective from October 7.
According to the data, the official rate of the US dollar dropped by 37.58 soums to 12,022.90 soums.
The euro also fell by 130.67 soums, reaching 14,025.92 soums.
Similarly, the Russian ruble declined by 2.22 soums, standing at 144.75 soums.
