The exchange rate of the dollar, euro, and ruble rose suddenly

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has determined the value of foreign currencies against the Uzbek som effective on 21 November of this year.
According to this, the official exchange rate of the dollar increased by 3.46 soms and amounted to 11,211.64 soms.
The euro rate increased by 23.76 soms and was set at 11,639.92 soms.
The rate of the Russian ruble increased by 0.06 soms and amounted to 185.73 soms.
